This commercial project was for Marina Heights, the State Farm regional headquarters campus, and was the largest office development in Arizona history. One of our major commercial builder customers, Ryan Companies, recognized USI as an outstanding trade contractor for our performance on the job site. This recognition is exceptional and reinforces that we all play a key role in serving our customers.
The project manager for Ryan Companies said USI was an outstanding subcontractor and extended his appreciation of how our crew paid attention to details and took care of situations on a quick and timely basis.
The Marina Heights campus included approximately 2 million square feet within five office towers of varying heights, three to four stand-alone retail buildings and two below-grade parking garage levels on 20 acres.
USI Mesa Insulation was responsible for:
- Curtain wall / slab edge fire stopping
- Head of wall fire stopping
- Thermal and acoustical batt insulation
- K-13 spray applied insulation
Ryan partnered with Sunbelt Holdings on the project. The design-build team of Ryan and DAVIS produced a LEED Silver class A office development. More project details can be found on the Ryan Companies’ website.
